I am the landlady of nice apartment situated just in the city centre of Barcelona, in GOTICO quarter, on Las Ramblas within a few minutes walk to Barceloneta beach/seaside and metro stations (green line): Liceu and Drassanes.
My apartment is 70 sq.m., renovated and fully furnished, PVC windows in each room, parquet floors, there are 6 sleeping places: 2 bedrooms with double beds + dining-room with a double sofa-bed + kitchen + bathroom/WC.
Price is from 90 Euros/per night including all: clean towels/bed linen/plates&dishes/coffee and cleaning services. Advance reservation of apartment and its preview are for free. Payment has to be done only at the moment of arrival / checking-in.
