Hey, I'm Chad. Just got back from a trip to Barcelona with my wife. Stayed in the Arc de Teatre building with my wife through www.apartmentinbarcelona.net and were very happy with the service and location of the accommodation. Right near all the sites and with lots of restaurants and shop in walking distance. Apartment was fully equipped from furniture to kitchen supplies. We even cooked a meal at home one night using fresh seafood from a local market. All in all it was a pleasure.

I am the landlady of nice apartment situated just in the city centre of Barcelona, in GOTICO quarter, on Las Ramblas within a few minutes walk to Barceloneta beach/seaside and metro stations (green line): Liceu and Drassanes. My apartment is 70 sq.m., renovated and fully furnished, PVC windows in each room, parquet floors, there are 6 sleeping places: 2 bedrooms with double beds + dining-room with a double sofa-bed + kitchen + bathroom/WC. Price is 30 euros/per night/per person, including all: clean towels/bed linen/plates&dishes/coffee and cleaning services. Minimum number of persons to rent my apartment – 3.
